Route the question correctly

Contact Barudan with a Production-Ready Brief

Machine selection, application testing, installation planning, and after-sales service begin with different evidence. Choose the route that matches your current decision and include enough context for the distributor to prepare a useful response.

01

Machine & Distributor

For new-equipment planning, share your country or region, garment type, expected batch, head-count preference, maximum artwork size, cap or tubular requirement, target date, and available floor space. A regional contact can confirm locally available configurations, quotations, documentation, and commercial terms.

02

Application Test

Attach or describe a representative stitch file and the most difficult intended material. List thread, backing, hoop, placement, construction, color count, and the quality criteria to inspect. If the sample is a structured cap, thick seam, stretch knit, pocket, or layered panel, say so before the demonstration.

03

Service Context

For support routing, identify the machine and regional distributor, then record the affected head or function, error context, file name, material, recent setting or consumable change, maintenance history, photos, and whether the issue repeats on a known reference design. Do not perform service work outside the applicable manual and trained scope.

What happens after submission

  1. The request is routed by region and topic.
  2. A contact may request the sample file, material details, or machine context.
  3. Model availability, specifications, pricing, installation needs, and response times are confirmed by the applicable distributor.

Website content does not replace regional quotations, model manuals, safety instructions, or a witnessed application test. Performance can change with digitizing, thread, backing, needle, fixture, substrate, speed, operator practice, and maintenance condition.
